For us Balinese, Jakarta is like our 'quick-shopping destination'. Since Bali does not have international brands such as Zara or Ted Baker, we have to travel all the way to our capital just to shop. This time round, I was luckily enough to be invited to my first traditional Javanese wedding of a good friend from Perth, who is also a fashion blogger of LoveThread. Throughout my 3 days in Jakarta, I didn't do much because I was trying to relax before coming back to Perth and having to deal with moving house and finding a new place to rent.
