Sundae on a Sunday at San Churros
In my opinion, dinner in Northbridge is not complete until you have some sort of dessert. 3 of my preferences has to be either Taro Milk Tea Bubble Tea at Easy Way, Cookie Dough Ice Cream at Gelare and lastly, the Chocolate Banana Sundae at San Churros.
For most of my short life, I have been continuously disappointed by sundaes sold at restaurants and Ice Creameries. San Churros however has stolen my heart and wallet with its Chocolate Banana Sundae costing around $10.95 if I’m not wrong. It is not a simple sundae dish with the traditional chocolate and ice cream. I don’t exactly know what they add inside and it may be actually really simple, but to my innocent tongue, it tasted like I ate Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory. Not the chocolate but the factory. Its that good. The richness of the hardened chocolate, the gooey chocolate part, the crunchy churros, the melting creamy vanilla ice cream and the soft banana makes this simple dish, to die for.
